Personal data processing notice
Privacy Policy.
The data controller is Delux Transfer Milano — VAT no. 12999570968 — Milan, reachable at deluxtransfer@gmail.com. This notice describes what data is collected through this website and how it is used. Last updated: October 2026.
1. Data collected through the site
Requests submitted from the main page are transmitted to the controller through the email service managed by Lovable. The booking form temporarily stores a draft on your device to prevent data loss after a refresh. Quotes prepared by the controller and payment outcomes are stored in Lovable Cloud with restricted access. The site does not use advertising profiling tools.
2. “Quick booking” form
The fields Pick-up, Destination, Date and Time, full name, phone, email, passengers, suitcases, vehicle and notes are sent through the email service managed by Lovable to deluxtransfer@gmail.com to answer your enquiry and prepare a quote. Receiving the enquiry does not confirm the transfer. The controller may copy the received data into the reserved area to prepare the quote and organise the transfer.
3. “Request a quote” form
The fields Name, Email and Tell us about your journey are used to automatically send an email from the site to deluxtransfer@gmail.com. Lovable manages delivery and the related technical logs; Google manages the recipient's mailbox. We use your name, email and the content of your request only to respond to you and organise the requested service.
4. Other contact channels
If you contact us by phone or WhatsApp, we process the conversation data (number, message content, journey details such as addresses, times and passenger names) exclusively to manage your booking and provide the chauffeur-driven hire service.
5. Cookies
Only if you accept in the banner (mandatory in EU/EEA countries, the United Kingdom and Switzerland) does the site load the Google Ads tag (Google Ireland Ltd) to measure how many quote requests come from our advertisements. Google receives technical data such as cookie identifiers, the page visited and confirmation that the form was sent, not the content of the form. The site does not use any other analytics systems. We record your choice, the date and the policy version in your browser. You can withdraw or change your consent at any time using ‘Cookie settings’ at the bottom of the main page. How Google uses data: business.safety.google/privacy. Technical tools are used to maintain the controller's access and your booking draft. Payment services may use cookies and other tools for security and fraud prevention; WhatsApp applies its own terms when you open the chat. The classification and any consent requirements must be reviewed with a professional before final use.
6. Legal basis and retention
Data you voluntarily send us for an enquiry or booking is processed under Article 6(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR): pre-contractual measures and performance of the contract. It is kept for the time needed to manage the enquiry and the service, without exceeding the terms set by applicable law. Accounting and tax obligations are processed under Article 6(1)(c) GDPR. The controller must define exact retention periods and deletion procedures with a professional; the expiry of a quote does not automatically delete its record.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it). To exercise your rights, write to deluxtransfer@gmail.com.
8. Quotes and payments
We store your name, email, phone, journey details, vehicle, passengers, luggage, notes, the agreed amount and the payment outcome to provide the service. Stripe handles the payment: the site does not store full card details. The quote link allows you to view the summary and pay; do not share it with others. Lovable Cloud and Stripe process data to provide their respective services. The controller must review supplier agreements and any transfers outside the EEA with the relevant safeguards. The transfer is confirmed only after the payment has been verified as successful.
9. Review notice
This notice is a standard version built on the site's current operation. Before final use it must be reviewed by a professional (legal adviser or privacy specialist) and adapted to the company's full activities (accounting records, invoicing, any booking management systems) and its internal procedures.
